This study falls within the framework of showing the role of
Algerian sailors and sailors in achieving the regional balance in
the Mediterranean during the Golden Horn of the Ottoman
Algerian Navy. This social group was the reason for the richness
of the Algerian treasury and thus the recovery of the general
treasury of the modern Algerian state.
