    برامج التنمية المحلية كالية مساهمة في تحقيق اهداف التنمية المستدامة (دراسة ميدانية في بلدية بئر الجير لولاية وهران)

    جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف إلقاء الضوء على برامج التنمية المحلية على مستوى البلديات ومصادر تمويلها وإظهار الدور الذي تمارسه في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة بمجموع أهدافها. ومن خلال الدراسة الميدانية على مستوى مقر بلدية بئر الجير، المدعمة بالنظريات الأدبية لمختلف المصطلحات الأساسية المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة، تمكنا من التَّيقُّن من مدى تجانس كل من أبعاد وأهداف التنمية المستدامة مع تلك التي تسعى الجماعات المحلية (البلديات) إلى تحقيقها من خلال الصلاحيات المخولة لها، والممارسة من خلال برامج التنمية المحلية . This study aims to shed light on local development programs at the municipal level and their sources of financing, and show the role it plays in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development with all its goals. Through field study at the level of the municipality of Bir El-Djir, supported by literary theories of various basic terms related to the subject of the study, we were able to ascertain the extent of the homogeneity of each of the dimensions and goals of sustainable development with those that the local groups (municipalities) seek to achieve through the powers conferred upon them, which practiced through local development programs.
