حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق إلى أحد أهم المتغيرات الخاصة بسوق العمل في الجزائر، حيث قمنا بإجراء دراسة تحليلية للبطالة خلال مختلف المراحل التي مرت بها الجزائر إقتصادياً وإجتماعياً، ومحاولة التعرف على مدى نجاعة السياسات التشغيلية المتبعة، حيث قمنا بتتبع تطور معدلات البطالة خلال مختلف المراحل التي عرفها الاقتصاد الوطني، والبحث في تطور معدلات البطالة في ضوء العديد من المعايير In this study, we tried to address one of the most important variables in the labor market in Algeria. We
conducted an analytical study on unemployment during the various stages of Algeria's economic and social
development and attempted to identify the effectiveness of operational policies. and research into the
development of unemployment rates in the light of many criteria.
