    يعد الدور الاجتماعي من أهم الأدوار التي اضطلع بها الأولياء والمتصوفة في تاريخ المغرب والأندلس؛ ذلك أن هذا الدور يعكس توجهات المجتمع وهمومه، وقد ارتبط الدور الاجتماعي للصوفي بالكرامة الصوفية من جهة، وحرص المجتمع على أن يكثر أولياؤه من جهة ثانية، إذ بكثرتهم تعطاه فرص الخلاص من النوازل المحتملة . فالدور الاجتماعي يؤكد مكانة الصوفي في وسطه المجتمعي مهما تباينت طبيعة هذا المجتمع، إذ إن الدور الاجتماعي الذي يلعبه المتصوف يجعل منه ضرورة من ضروريات الحياة اليومية للإنسان. The social role is one of the most important roles played by parents and mystics in the history of Morocco and Andalusia. This role reflects the attitudes and concerns of the community. The social role of the Sufis has been linked to the Sufi dignity on the one hand and the community's keenness to increase its priorities on the other. Of possible calamities. Social role confirms the status of the mystic in the middle of society, however different the nature of this society, as the social role played by Sufism makes it a necessity of the daily life of man
