    يعتبر إخضاع النظام القانوني البيئي في الجزائر لأسلوب الحوكمة البيئية ضرورة حتمية لكي يتماشى مع خصائص البيئة الاستثنائية التي تقتضي أساليب قانونية من نوع خاص تضاهي التوجه العالمي في هذا المجال. ومع تبلور هذه الفكرة في الجزائر، تجلت بوادر حوكمة النظام القانوني البيئي كآلية داعمة للحماية القانونية للبيئة التي تقوم على أساس التفاعل والتضامن والاشتراك للحصول على صيغ وأساليب مستحدثة لتحقيق الحماية القانونية للبيئة وفق آليات ناجعة. the subjection of Algeria's environmental legal system to environmental governance is imperative in line with the exceptional characteristics of the environment, which require legal methods of a particular kind corresponding to the global trend in this area. With the development of this idea in Algeria, the signs of governance of the environmental legal system have emerged as a supportive mechanism for the legal protection of the environment based on interaction, solidarity and participation in order to obtain new formulas and methods for the legal protection of the environment through effective mechanisms.
