    Abstract The subject of school drop-out sits as a sensitive and permanent topic in social research, as this problem has negative effects on both the individual and society. It extends to the spread of more complex social problems and phenomena such as theft, illiteracy, the spread of drugs and alcohol, child labour... This indicates that the wheel of community development is declining on several levels: social, cultural, religious, political, economic What will be addressed in this paper is the detection of social factors that cause early school drop-outs in pupils .يعد موضوع الانقطاع المدرسي من المواضيع الحساسة ودائمة الطرح في البحوث الاجتماعية، لما لهذه المشكلة من آثار سلبية بالنسبة للفرد والمجتمع معا. ويمتد الأمر لتفشي مشاكل وظواهر اجتماعية أكثر تعقيدا كالسرقة ، تفشي الأمية، انتشار المخدرات والكحول، عمالة الأطفال...هذا إن دل فإنما يدل على تراجع عجلة التنمية المجتمعية على مستويات عدة : اجتماعية، ثقافية، دينية، سياسية، وعليه ما سيتم معالجته ضن هذه الورقة البحثية هو الكشف عن العوامل الاجتماعية المتسببة في الانقطاع المدرسي المبكر لدى التلاميذ.
