    عصمة الدماء في الفقه الإسلامي حوادث المرور انموذجا

    أوجب الله عصمة النفس البشرية و لا تقتل إلا بالحق و الحق الذي ذكره تعالى في كتابه العزيز و سنة حبيبه صلى الله عليه و سلم و نرى في عصرنا الحالي أن حوادث المرور من أكثر طالأسباب التي تزهق أرواح البشرية نظرا لهذه الخ و رة قمنا بدراسة توضح حقيقة عصمة الدم في حوادث المرور و الأسباب المؤدية لها و شأحكامها الفقهية في ال ريعة الإسلامية . و تتضمن هذه الدراسة مقدمة و ثلاث مباحث و ةخاتم ، و قمنا بوضع مبحث تمهيدي المتعلقة ذه الدراسة أما المبحث الأول وضعنا فيه مطلبين لتوضيح بعض المصطلحات و قمنا بتوضيح فيه اكتساب العصمة في الدماء و زوالها و أدلتهما و ثفي المبح الثاني وضعنا فيه مطلبين وضحنا فيه حوادث المرور و أثرها على عصمة الدم و أسباا و الأحكام الواجب اتخاذها مع ذكر يبعض المسائل الاستثنائية على المذهب المالك . Abstract Human fallibility Allah enjoined it not kill exept with truth and right which Allah said in the Holy Book and the Sunna of his Messenger , Allah bless him and peace and we see today most traffic accidents which claim lives because of this risk we studied illustrate the fact blood fallibility in traffic accidents and their provisions in Islamic jurisprudence . This study includes an introduction and three chapters and a conclusion , and we put the subject to clarify some terms related to study, the first episode in which either two demands and we explain it to acquire infallibility in blood and its demise and Europol , and in the second section of we put where are we spoke about traffic accidents and their effects on the blood and causes of infallibility and provisions to be taken with some special issues on Malik
