    يعتبر التحكيم التجاري الدولي في التشريع الجزائري ذو استقلالية شبه مطلقة، لما يتميز به من تحررية وحصانة ضد التدخل الرقابي للقضاء، فالمشرع الجزائري اعتمد على مبدأ سلطان الارادة في تجسيد مبدأ حرية التحكيم بما يتوافق مع اسس فكرة النظام العام الدولي . International commercial arbitration in Algerian legislation is almost exclusively autonomous, Because of its characteristic of freedom and immunity against the interference of the judiciary. Algerian law was based on the principle of the power of will to embody the principle of freedom of arbitration in accordance with the foundations of the idea of international public order.
