    تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إظهار دور السياسة المالية في تنمية أسواق الأوراق المالية، وقد التوصل إلى أن الإنفاق العام الموجه لتطوير البنى التحتية يساهم في خفض التكاليف التي تتحملها الشركات ويزيد من قيمة أسهمها ويدعم تنمية سوق الأوراق المالية، كما أن المعاملة الضريبية التفضيلية للأسهم والسندات، وشركات المساهمة العامة من شأنها أن تدعم عملية تطوير أسواق الأوراق المالية، وأخيرا فأن التوجه نحو تمويل العجز الموازني باستخدام أدوات غير تضخمية يؤثر بالإيجاب على سوق الأوراق المالية.
