    التكفل التربوي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في التشريع الجزائري

    عرفت فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الجزائر اهتماما من طرف المشرّع الجزائري، هذا الأخير الّذي أخذ على عاتقه مهمّة وضع جملة من السّياسات والترتيبات لفائدة هذه الفئة، ترتب عنها إصدار جملة من النّصوص القانونية والتّنظيمية ذات مواضيع متعدّدة لتغطية احتياجات هذه الفئة الآخذة في التزايد، وكذلك ضمان التكفل الفعال بها وبانشغالاتها، وضمان حقوقها العامة والخاصة. ومن بين هذه الترتيبات والحقوق التكفل بهذه الفئة من الجانب التربوي والتعليمي، لذلك سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة التّعرّف على التّدابير الّتي وضعها هذا المشرع للتكفل بهذه الفئة المتمدرسة وترقيتها. Summary : The category of persons with special needs received some attention by the Algerian legislator. It has developed a set of policies and provisions for this group, which has led to the development of a number of legal and regulatory texts covering many of this growing category, ensure its effective implementation and guarantee its public and private rights.
