    الوكيل الإلكتروني في التجارة الإلكترونية في ظل الاتفاقيات الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية الجزائري والفلسطيني

    سوف تتناول هذه الدراسة الحديث عن الوكيل الإلكتروني في التجارة الإلكترونية، في ظل الاتفاقيات الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية الجزائري والفلسطيني التي تعالج الموضوع، وكما سوف نتناول الحديث عن الفرق بين الوكيل الإلكتروني والوكيل العادي، وأهم خصائص الوكيل الإلكتروني والأعمال التي يقوم بها الوكيل الإلكتروني، والأعمال المستثناة من قيام الوكيل الإلكتروني بها، وسوف نتطرق في النهاية عن مدى المسؤولية المدنية والجزائية للوكيل الإلكتروني عن التصرفات التي يقوم بها، وذلك من خلال تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى مبحثين. الكلمات المفتاحية: ملخص: سوف تتناول هذه الدراسة الحديث عن الوكيل الإلكتروني في التجارة الإلكترونية، في ظل الاتفاقيات الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية الجزائري والفلسطيني التي تعالج الموضوع، وكما سوف نتناول الحديث عن الفرق بين الوكيل الإلكتروني والوكيل العادي، وأهم خصائص الوكيل الإلكتروني والأعمال التي يقوم بها الوكيل الإلكتروني، والأعمال المستثناة من قيام الوكيل الإلكتروني بها، وسوف نتطرق في النهاية عن مدى المسؤولية المدنية والجزائية للوكيل الإلكتروني عن التصرفات التي يقوم بها، وذلك من خلال تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى مبحثين. الكلمات المفتاحية: العقد الإلكتروني، التجارة الإلكترونية، الوكيل الإلكتروني.
