الدور الاجتماعي لزاوية الهامل في الوقت المعاصر (دراسة ميدانية)

تعالج هذه الدراسة الميدانية النشاطات الاجتماعية التي تقوم بها زاوية الهامل في الوقت المعاصر، فإذا كانت للزوايا نشاط كبير أثناء فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر، نشاط ثوري وعلمي واجتماعي، فهل تواصل نشاطها الاجتماعي في الوقت المعاصر؟ استخدمت المقابلة كأداة رئيسية لجمع معلومات هذه الدراسة، وقد توصلت إلى نتائج أهمها: أن زاوية الهامل تنشط في المجال العلمي والتربوي والاجتماعي، وأهم نشاطاتها الاجتماعية الزواج الجماعي الذي تنظمه من فترة إلى أخرى، والمساعدات التي تقدمها للمحتاجين، وإيواء طلبة العلم بالزاوية والتكفل بكل احتياجاتهم، وإيواء عابري السبيل وإطعامهم، وللزاوية جمعية خيرية تنشط في هذا المجال هي جمعية مقاصد الخير Summary: Enter your Enter This field study deals with the social activities carried out by the Zawiya of El Hamel in the contemporary era. If the Zawiya had great activity during the period of the French occupation of Algeria, revolutionary, scientific and social activity, do they continue their social activity in the contemporary era? The interview was used as the main tool for collecting information for this study, and it reached the most important results: that the Hamel Corner is active in the scientific, educational and social fields, and its most important social activities are the group marriage that it organizes from time to time, the aid it provides to the needy.
حاجة العمل التطوعي الى الأملاك الوقفية

راعى الإسلام القيم الإنسانية وحث عليها، و رتب الأجر العظيم عليها، و المباركة في العمر و الرزق، فحث على التكافل و التضامن ورغب فيهما، و حث على الإحسان للقريب و البعيد،و الوقوف إلى جانب الإنسان وقت الشدة و الضيق و الحرج، كما المسلم على المبادرة و المسارعة إلى الخيرات وبذل المال والجهد و الوقت، لذا نجد الإنسان المسلم يحب الأعمال التطوعية و يبادر إليها، ولا يتخلف عن فعل الخير بكل صوره. هذه المداخلة تبين حاجة الأمة الإسلامية إلىّ العمل التطوعي المؤسساتي ، لأن مردودها في العمل الخيري أو التطوعي كبير، فهي تضمن استمراريته، و شموله لفئات كثيرة محتاجة و تضمن تنوعه كذلك.خاصة إذا تدعّمت هذه المؤسسات التطوعية بأملاك وقفية تضمن تمويل المشاريع التطوعية، و تصبح مصادر تمويل دائمة لهذه المؤسسات التطوعية، في وقت تعاني فيه هذه المؤسسات من مشاكل في التمويل أو التمويل المشروط ،و قلة الموارد ، إذ كلما خلقت هذه المؤسسات أملاكا دائمة للدخل كان مردودها التطوعي أكبر في المجتمع الذي تزداد فيه الفئات التي تحتاج المساعدة و مد يد العوم. Abstract: Islam took into account human values, encouraged them, and set upon them the great reward and blessing in life and livelihood. It encouraged and desired interdependence and solidarity, and urged goodness to those near and far, and to stand by man in times of distress, distress, and embarrassment, just as a Muslim should take initiative. And hastening to do good deeds and spending money, effort and time. Therefore, we find that the Muslim person loves voluntary work and takes the initiative to do it, and does not neglect doing good deeds in all its forms. This intervention shows the need of the Islamic nation for institutional volunteer work, because its return on charitable or volunteer work is great, as it guarantees its continuity, its inclusion of many groups in need, and its diversity as well. Especially if these volunteer institutions are supported by endowment properties that guarantee the financing of volunteer projects, and they become sources Permanent funding for these voluntary institutions, at a time when these institutions suffer from problems in financing or conditional financing, and lack of resources, as the more these institutions create permanent sources of income, the greater their voluntary return in a society in which the groups in need of assistance and a helping hand are increasing.
