Item إتجاهات العاملين حول العلاقة بين ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية : مديرية الخدمات الجامعية البليدة العفرون نموذجا(جامعة الوادي University Of Eloued, 2024-05-02) بومقواس بلال; زنيني فريدةThe aim of the study is to determine the relationship between human resource management practices in its dimensions (recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance evaluation) and organizational citizenship behavior in the Directorate of University Services Blida El-Affroun, and in order to reach this goal, a questionnaire was prepared for the purpose of collecting data and distributing it to the members of the study sample. The SPSS program was relied upon in order to carry out the statistical analysis of this study, and the study concluded that the most important practices affecting organizational citizenship behavior are polarization, recruitment and performance evaluation, respectively, while it was found that there is a positive direct relationship between human resource management practices and organizational citizenship behavior
