    المجتمع المدني ومسألة الحفاظ على الهوية

    إن تعامل النظام السياسي الجزائري مع المجتمع المدني عرف منطق الاحتواء، واعتبره كأداة لتوسيع قاعدة السلطة، كما ركز عليها كوسيلة للخروج من أزماته الاقتصادية والسياسية، فالتوجه النفعي والخيري للمجتمع المدني دون الاهتمام بالقضايا الأكثر أهمية والمصيرية كالهوية، مسألة الحقوق والحريات قضايا التنمية، يصب في غير الأهداف التي تعمق الممارسات الديمقراطية. كما تعد إشكالية الهوية في الجزائر موضوع ذو أبعاد متعددة نظرا لتعقد المفهوم وأهميته، فالهوية الجزائرية هي حقيقة الشخصية الجزائرية المتضمنة للصفات الجوهرية التي تميز الجزائري عن غيره وتجعل له ذات مستقلة فأهميتها تكمن في القسمات الثابتة للعناصر التراثية الخاصة والمميزة. - لقد أسهمت التطورات التاريخية والعوامل الاجتماعية المتراكمة والموروث الثقافي والحضاري إلى التأسيس لهوية ترتكز على ثلاث مقومات: - الإسلام- العربية - الأمازيغية المجتمع المدني والأحزاب السياسية لعب دورا أساسيا وبارزا في مرحلة الاستعمار من أجل الحفاظ على الهوية من خلال بناه التقليدية والثقافية، واستطاع أن يحقق نجاح بينا في هذه المسألة فاحتفظت الجزائر بشخصيتها العربية كما لابد من التنويه بالدور الهام والجاد لجمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين سواء في مرحلة الاستعمار أو بعد الاستقلال أو حتى يومنا هذا للحفاظ على عناصر الشخصية الوطنية ومحاربة كل أشكال التغريب، لقد عكست جمعية العلماء الفكر المستنير للإسلام الحضاري، الذي يبني ولا يهدم، يرفع ولا يضع إسلام يعول عليه في التنمية والتطور، ولعل الجمعية اليوم تقوم بأدوار مماثلة لسابقاتها في مرحلة الاستعمار فهي تنافح من أجل الثوابت والقيم.
