Item علاقة التسيير التقديري للعمالة والكفاءات بفعالية إدارة الموارد البشرية: "دراسة إمبريقية بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية ايليزي"(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-10-20) بن عيسى, ليلى; بن حامد, عبد الغنيThis empirical scientific study aims to highlight the efficiency and effectiveness of the discretionary management of human resources in the organization, especially with regard to employment and competencies to fill various jobs. The discretionary management of manpower and competencies is based mainly on the provision of human resources with high efficiency and effectiveness in order to reach the objectives set in the appropriate quantity and quality at the right time, through the development of an annual plan for the management of human resources, which is a tool directed to the human resource in the institution. To highlight its importance, we prepared a special questionnaire directed to a sample of Illizi Hospital employees, with the aim of obtaining the data of the study, which was treated with a set of statistical methods,. The results of the study showed that there is a strong positive correlation and a statistically significant relationship between the study variables.
