    تطبيق التقييم الذاتي ودوره في تحسين تعاون الجامعة مع محيطها الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في ضوء معايير المرجع الوطني لضمان جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2017-2018) دراسة تطبيقية جامعة أدرار

    تحاول الدراسة الوقوف على جودة التعاون مع المحيط الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في جامعة أدرار وفقاً للتقارير الصادرة عن خلية ضمان الجودة الداخلية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية، من خلال دراسة مقارنة بين تقييمي 2017 و2018 على أساس المرجع الوطني لضمان الجودة الداخلية، كما تحاول الدراسة معالجة إشكالية البحث من خلال دراسة ميدانية تطبيقية لخلية ضمان الجودة بجامعة أدرار، وباعتبار هذا الميدان بات ضرورة ملحة لإحداث تقارب بين الجامعة ومحيطها، حيث صدر أول تقرير يخص عملية التقييم سنة 2017، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن التقييم في السنتين كان أقل من المتوسط وأوصت بضرورة تكاثف جميع الفاعلين للرفع من جودة التعاون مع المحيط الاجتماعي والاقتصادي وضرورة انفتاح الجامعة على محيطها الاجتماعي والاقتصادي من خلال تطبيق متطلبات المرجع الوطني الجديد لضمان الجودة الداخلية لتدارك الفجوة في جامعة أدرار Abstract: The study attempts to determine the quality of cooperation with the social and economic environment at the University of Adrar, according to reports issued by the internal Quality assurance cell at the Algerian higher education institutions, by comparing the 2017 and 2018 assessment based on the national quality assurance internal reference, as The study attempts to address the issue of research through an practical field study of the quality Assurance cell at the University of Adrar, as this field has become an urgent need to bring about a rapprochement between the university and its surroundings, where the first report which concerns the evaluation process was issued in 2017, and the study concluded that the evaluation in the two years was less than the Average and it recommended that all actors should intensify to raise the quality of cooperation with the social and economic environment and the need for the opening of the university to its social and economic environment through the application of criteria of the new national authority to ensure internal quality to bridge the gap at the University of Adrar.
