The aim of this Study to determine the relationship between the change organizational and the functional performance according to the vision of managers and employees (case study of cementry company – Tebessa-) by getting an overview of the study variabls as it defined by specialized literature. The descriptive analytical approach has been relied upon to describe the different study variabls, in particular to analyze the results of the questionnaire. In order to achieve that goal we disributed a questionnaire to administrative permenent workers witch are 51 workers and the results were analyzed using the (SPSS) programme. Ehe result of this study concluded of the relationship between the change organizational and the operational performa
