    يسعى هذا المقال الى تسليط الضوء على دور اللجنة الوطنية للقانون الدولي الانساني بالجزائر في التربية على القانون وتعزيز مستويات الالتزام بقواعده، ومقاربتها في المشاركة في توسيع دائرة العمل بمبادئ القانون الدولي الانساني، حيث تتمثل اشكالية الدراسة فيما مدى مساهمة اللجنة الوطنية للقانون الدولي الانساني بالجزائر في تعزيز العمل والالتزام بقواعد القانون الدولي الانساني في ظل النزاعات التي تعيشها منطقة المغرب العربي والساحل الافريقي؟ This article highlights the role of the National Committee for International Humanitarian Law in Algeria in education on the law and enhancing the levels of commitment to its rules, and its approach to participation in expanding the scope of work with the principles of international humanitarian law. Working and adhering to the rules of international humanitarian law in light of the conflicts in the Maghreb and the African coast. lrl
