    ضوابط ممارسة مهنة الصيدلة

    نظم القانون الجزائري مهنة الصيدلة بجملة من الضوابط, حتى تمارس وفق غايتها ودون خلل. وهو ما جاءت به الشريعة الإسلامية من قبل. وكثيرة هي الأضرار التي تقع نتيجة الخطأ الصيدلاني والتي تصل إلى حد الوفاة، العديد منها هو بسبب ممارسة مهنة الصيدلة من غير المؤهلين, أو ممن يباشرونها في إطار تجاري بحت. لذلك يوجد اتفاق بين الشريعة الإسلامية والنظم القانونية في مساءلة الصيادلة عن الأخطاء الناتجة عن تقصير وإهمال. ويهدف البحث إلى لفت نظر مختلف الجهات إلى تدارك النقائص، على غرار نظام المناوبة الذي لم يكتمل تفعيله، كما يهدف إلى نشر الثقافة الصحية وبالأخص بالنسبة للمرضى وأهاليهم. صير وإهمال, وإن كانوا مختلفين في طبيعة الجزاء. Algerian law regulated the profession of pharmacy with a set of measures to be exercised according to its purpose and without defect. This is what Islamic law has put forth earlier. Many are the damages caused by pharmaceutical error and which can lead to death; many of which are due to the practice of the pharmacy profession by unqualified people, or by those engaged in it for purely commercial purposes. There is therefore agreement between Islamic law and legal systems to hold pharmacists accountable for errors resulting from negligence. The aim of the research is to draw the attention of various parties to remedy the causes, such as the shift system, which has not yet been activated, and it also attempts to raise health awareness, especially for patients and their families.
