    دور الممارسة السلطوية في تشكيل الثقافة الاتصالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

    يعد الاتصال ضمن المؤسسات بشتى أصنافها، مبعثا للدينامية، وهو ركيزة وعملية أساسية تقوم عليها جميع العمليات التنظيمية الأخرى بما توفره من معلومات واختصار للوقت والجهد، وكذا لربطه بين المجموعات التنظيمية أفقيا وعموديا سواء من أعلى المؤسسة إلى أسفلها، أو من أسفلها إلى أعلاها، بروابط رسمية وغير رسمية؛ حيث يُشَبَه تارة بالقلب الذي يضخ المعلومات والأفكار والخطط والتعليمات والمشاعر والآراء عبر أجزاء المنظمات. وتارة أخرى بالجهاز العصبي للمؤسسة المحرك لجميع أجزائها. وللاتصال التنظيمي ثقافته التي ترتبط بأبعاد ومعيقات تؤسس لنوع تلك الثقافة؛ منها الممارسة السلطوية التي تأخذ اشكالا متعددة؛ والتي ستركز هذه المحاولة النظرية على بعضها والشائعة منها بمؤشراتها وأبعادها النظرية. تهدف هذه الدراسة النظرية إذن إلى محاولة كشف طبيعة الثقافة الاتصالية من خلال أنواع الممارسات السلطوية المطبقة داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية قصد التنبيه لأهمية العلاقة بين متغيري الدراسة وكذا التأشير على أن الثقافة الاتصالية متغير تابع لمتغيرات منبتة كثيرة منها الممارسة السلطوية بأصنافها والتي تسهم إما بانسيابه أو بإعاقته.Abstract :Communication within institutions of all kinds is a source of dynamism, including the information they provide and the power to shorten the time and effort, as well as linking the different organizational groups horizontally and vertically, whether from the top of the institution to the bottom, or from the bottom to the top, whether with formal or informal links. It is sometimes likened to the heart that pumps information, ideas, plans, instructions, feelings and opinions through the parts of organizations. Other times it is likened to the nervous system of the institution that drives all its parts. Moreover, organizational communication has its own culture that is linked to dimensions and obstacles which establish the type of that culture. Among these, there is the authoritarian practice which takes many forms that we attempt through the present theoretical study to focus on some of the most common ones, including their indicators and theoretical dimensions
