Item دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة الأداء المؤسسي بجامعة بسكرة: دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من الموظفين الإداريين بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2023-06-30) مغزي لعرافي, راضية; الحاج, عامر; قريشي, محمدThe purpose of this study is to identify the reality of the application of electronic management in the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at Biskra University and to know the level of quality of its performance. Furthermore, determining the nature of the relationship and the impact between them. A questionnaire was prepared as a main tool for collecting data and information and distributing it to the study sample of (40) questionnaires. Several statistical methods were used in the statistical analysis of the data, including: descriptive statistics measures, simple linear regression...etc. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the level of availability of the requirements for the application of electronic management in the college under study was average, and the level of quality of the faculty’s performance was average, in addition to the existence of a positive role with statistical significance for the availability of the requirements for the application of electronic management in improving the quality of the institutional performance of the faculty under study, this is at the level of significance (0.05), as we find that (86.7%) of the changes in the level of quality of the institutional performance of the faculty under study result from changes in the level of interest in applying electronic management. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, most notably: the culture of electronic management should be promoted among employees, and material or moral incentives should be given to employees who excel in electronic management applications. In addition, the faculty programs should be very compatible with the needs of the labor market
