    إن التطورات السريعة التي طرأت على ميدان الإعلام و الاتصال بظهور التكنولوجيات الحديثة أدت إلى تحول جدري في وظائف القائم بالاتصال ضمن المؤسسة الإعلامية من حيث طبيعة العلاقة بينه و بين الجمهور، طريقة تعامله مع المضامين المنتجة، و كذا كيفية تفاعله مع القائمين بالاتصال ضمن المؤسسات الأخرى. و من خلال المقارنة بين الوظائف التقليدية و الجديدة التي اكتسبها الصحفيون من خلال استغلالهم لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ، نحصر العديد من التحولات التي مست الخصائص و كذا التغير الحاصل في الوظيفة التي يقدمها القائم بالإتصال. The rapid developments in the field of information and communication with the emergence of modern technologies have led to a shift in the functionality of the various elements of the media process from the sender and the future and the nature of the content itself, especially after the traditional working methods were merged with the new media services and applications, As for the media, social media as a mainstay of their content, there are several problems that revolve mainly around the credibility of the article on the pages of these sites and the reality of their sourceand their relation to the editorial policy on the one hand and the extent of their compatibility with the orientation of the journalist as such All this has been reflected in the performance of the contact person within the media organization in terms of the nature of the relationship between him and the public, how he deals with the contents produced, and how he interacted with the communicators within other institutions. In the course of the study, 30 questionnaires were distributed to Al-Shorouk TV employees from correspondents, program providers, editors and heads of departments. We found that their use of Facebook contributed greatly to increasing the interactive relationship between them and the public and made them take Facebook as an important source of news and monitoring.
