    واقع الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي

    هدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن واقع الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، وعما إذا كانت هناك فروق في مستوى الأداء تعود إلى الجنس أو الخبرة المهنية. وقد جرت الدراسة بمدينة الوادي للسنة الدراسية (2017/2018) حيث تكونت العينة من (95) أستاذ وأستاذة. استخدمت الدراسة مقياس الأداء الوظيفي(أنور أبو موسى ويحي كلاب).حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أغلب أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي لديهم مستوى متوسط في الأداء الوظيفي، وأن أداء الذكور أكثر من أداء الإناث، وأن الأساتذة الأقل خبرة لهم أداء أعلى من الأساتذة الأكثر خبرة The current study aimed to reveal the reality of the job performance of primary school teachersand whether there are differences in the level of performance due to sex or professional experience. The study took place in Wadi City for the academic year (2017/2018), where the sample was from(95) professors and professors. The study used the job performance measure (Anwar Abu Musa and the Dogs) Where I reached The study To That Most elementary school teachers They have an average level in Functional Performance, And that Male Performance MoreOf female performance, And Professors are less experienced.
