    ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى دراسة تأثير تبني المسؤولية المجتمعية على أداء شركة الاتصالات السعودية (STC) باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن المستدام ، تم اختيار المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعالجة إشكالية الدراسة - دراسة الحالة -.بتطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن المستدام أظهرت النتائج أن التزام شركة الاتصالات السعودية (STC) بالمسؤولية المجتمعية أدى إلى الرفع من أدائها الشامل. Abstract: This paper aims to study the impact of adopting societal responsibility on the performance of the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) using the sustainable balanced scorecard. The descriptive analytical approach was chosen to address the problem of the study - the case study-. By applying the sustainable balanced scorecard, the results showed that the commitment of the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) to societal responsibility led to an increase in its overall performance. .
