    النقد الفقهي عند ابن العربي من خلال كتابه أحكام القرآن – أحكام الذكاة أنموذجاً

    تروم هذه الدراسة لإبراز معالم النقد الفقهي عند ابن العربي في كتابه أحكام القرءان انطلاقا من دراسة مسائل فقهية تخص موضوع الذكاة، والموضوع تضمن مبحثين، الأول خصصته للنقد الفقهي مبرزا أنواعه و أدواته وشروط الناقد، بالإضافة إلى ترجمة للمؤلف، وفي المبحث الثاني تطرقت للسياق النقدي لابن العربي في مسائل الذكاة من خلال كتابه أحكام القرءان. وخلصت الدراسة إلى تشخيص العوامل التي ساهمت في تكوين شخصية ابن العربي النقدية، والسياق النقدي ومثاراته في مسائل الذكاة من الكتاب المدروس. This study aims to highlight the landmarks of jurisprudential criticism of Ibn al-Arabi in his book Ahkam al-Quran based on the study of jurisprudential issues related to the topic of ‘Ezzakate’. The article consisted of two issues : The first one was devoted to jurisprudential criticism related to the types , tools and conditions criticizing besides to a biography of the auther .the second issue dealt with the jurisprudential context of Ibn al-Arabi in the matters related to ‘Ezzakate’ in his book Ahkam al-Quran . The study concluded by diagnosing the factors that contributed to the formation of Ibn al-Arabi's critical personality, and the critical context and its implications in matters of ‘Ezzakate’ from the studied book
