In this study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and we divided it into a number of basic axes, each of which included a special feature. The results reached showed that the source of the Holy Qur’an is the basis for judging its inimitability, and all other Characteristics, starting from writing " Rasm" the Qur’an and reading it, to the way it is Syntax in words and methods, then to explaining the nature of its discourses and their meanings, all of which depend on the first feature. It was necessary for everyone who wants to deal with the Quranic texts to take into account the privacy of every characteristic in it without exception
