| dc.description.abstract | إن شجرة العلوم المختلفة بناء متكامل أصلها ثابت وفرعها في السماء ، والعلوم الشرعية منها بمكانة سامية رفيعة، وكي تتضح الفكرة وتنجلي الصورة هناك علوم بينية ساهمت في إنتاج حكم فقهي ثابت الأقدام راسخ الدليل، وبذلك صار الحكم الشرعي منخولا غير مخلوط، مترابط الأركان. فعند ذلك تورق شجرة العلوم وتنضج ثمارها، فاستعانة الفقيه بالطبيب لسبر غور مسألة كانت عصية على الفقهاء قديمًا، إنما هو من باب اكتمال الأصل بفرعه والتحام الفرع بأصله، فمستجدات الطب وتطوراته السريعة الفائقة جعلت كثيرًا من الأحكام الشرعية التي خفيت على السلف الصالح سهلة يسيرة جلية في عصرنا الحاضر . فوجب استعانة الفقيه بالطبيب في كثير من القضايا للوصول إلى أدق الأحكام صحة ورجاحة ، وأسلمها منهجًا وطريقًا، وهي الغاية من هذا البحث .
