| dc.description.abstract | لقد اتسع مفهوم إدارة الموارد البشرية ليشمل أنشطة رئيسية متعددة يأتي على رأسها تحليل وتوصيف الوظائف، تخطيط الموارد البشرية، جذب واستقطاب الموارد البشرية، تنمية وتدريب الموارد البشرية، بالإضافة إلى النشاط التقليدي المتعلق بشؤون إدارة الموارد البشرية في المنشأة. وقد جاء هذا المقال ليسلط الضوء على هذا الموضوع الهام من خلال التطرق إلى المفهوم، المجالات، الأغراض، الأهداف، الأنواع وفي الأخير التعرض لبعض النماذج عن تحليل وتوصيف بعض المجموعات المهنية والوظائف Abstract : We have expanded the concept of human resource management to include the activities of several key comes on top of the job description and analysis , human resource planning, attracting human resources, development and training of human resources, in addition to the traditional activity relating to the affairs of human resources management at the facility. This article has come to shed light on this important topic addressed by the concept, areas, purposes, goals, and in the latter types of exposure to some of the models for the analysis and characterization of some professional groups and functions. | en_US |
