Abstract
خضع المجتمع الجزائري إلى العديد من التغيرات الهامة في مختلف مناحي الحياة، بما يسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في أبعادها الحيوية عامة وخاصة بعدها البيئي. ولقد تمت دراسة الموضوع الموسوم"المشكلات الحضرية بالمدن الجزائرية كمعيقات للتنمية البيئية"، في مقاربة سوسيولوجية تمازج بين البعدين الحضري و البيئي. و لقد تمت صياغة التساؤل العام كالآتي: -ما هي مختلف المشكلات الحضرية بالمدن الجزائرية على اعتبار أنها معيقات للتنمية البيئية ؟. لذا تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية طبقت فيها أداة المقابلة الموجهة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (39) من قاطني مدينة قالمة. و لقد كشفت نتائج هذه الدراسة على وجود العديد من المشكلات الحضرية بالمدن الحضرية والتي تعرقل تحقيق التنمية البيئية حسب استجابات المبحوثين، ونستدل على ذلك بقيمة المتوسط الحسابي (2.3886) وبانحراف معياري (0.5857)، بدرجة اتفاق مرتفعة. ABSTRACT
Algerian society has undergone many important changes in various aspects of life,
contributing to sustainable development in its vital dimensions in general and especially
its environmental dimension. The theme "urban problems in Algerian cities as
impediments to environmental development" has been studied in a sociological
approach that combines urban and environmental dimensions.
The general question was formulated as follows:
- What are the different urban problems in Algerian cities as obstacles to environmental
development?
A field study was conducted in which the interview tool was applied to a random
sample (39) of the residents of the city of Guelma.
The results of this study revealed that there are many urban problems in urban cities
that impede the achievement of environmental development according to the responses
of the respondents. Based on the value of the arithmetic average (2.3886) and the
standard deviation (0.5857), the degree of agreement is high.
