Abstract
يندرج هذا البحث ضمن الدراسات الوصفية الاستكشافية القائمة على وصف الظاهرة، وإبراز عناصرها، ولفت النظر إلى أبعادها. وتتلخص إشكاليته في البحث عن الإجابة على سؤال رئيس مفاده: هل استوفت الإدارة المدرسية شروط كفاءتها التواصلية على مستوى (المرسل-الرسالة-المتلقي)؟ وتم معالجة هذه الإشكالية وفقا للإجراءات والخطوات التي يستدعيها ويفترضها المنهج الوصفي من خلال دراسة ميدانية تمت على مرحلتين: مرحلة استطلاعية، وأخرى أساسية أين تم تطبيق الدراسة الأساسية -في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الاستطلاعية- على عينة قوامها 81 فردا، بعد أن أنجز الباحث استمارة "تقييم الكفاءة التواصلية في الإدارة المدرسية" كأداة مناسبة لجمع بيانات موضوع الدراسة. ومن خلال المعالجة الإحصائية التي استعمل فيها الباحث البرنامج الإحصائي SPSSتم تحليل بيانات هذه الدراسة. وقد خلصت الدراسة وفقا لتساؤلاتها إلى جملة من النتائج، أهمها ما أظهرته نتائج السؤال الرئيس باستيفاء الإدارة المدرسية لشروط كفاءتها التواصلية بدرجة متوسطة This research can be included within the exploratory descriptive studies based on the
description of the phenomenon, and to highlight its elements, and draw attention to its dimensions.
The main problem of this research is to answer the main question: Is the school administration met the
conditions of communicative competence at the level of (sender- the message -receiver)? .
The problem was dealt with in accordance with the procedures and steps that are required and
assumed by the descriptive approach through a field study comprised two stages: exploratory stage
and a basic stage, where the basic study was applied - in the light of the study results - on a sample of
81 individuals. After having accomplished "the evaluation of communicative competence in school
management form" by the researcher as a suitable tool for data collection. Through statistical
treatment in which the researcher used SPSS statistical program for the analysis of the data study
which concluded, according to its questions to a number of the results, the most important of them
what is proved by the results of the main question by the fulfillment of the school administration to the
terms of communicative competence moderately
