| dc.description.abstract | نصوص الشارع وأوامره مبنية على النظر والاستدلال، ذات قيم عليا في الكليات والجزئيات، تبرز صلاحيتها للتطبيق في كل الأزمان والأحوال ، ولا يتحقق ذلك إلا إذا كانت التكاليف سهلة ميسورة، قوامها الوحي، والنية الصادقة في التقرب إليه عز وجل، بعيدة عن الأهواء والرغبات الذاتية، بعدها عن التشدد لذاته، وعن البحث عن التيسير لذاته، لأن كلا من التشدد والتيسير مطلوب شرعا ليس لذاته، وإلا حلت المخالفة محل الموافقة والعقاب بدل الجزاء؟. The stipulations of Fikh and its commands are based on perception and deduction. They are of high values in entities and parts; in addition, they are available for application in all times and situations. This can not be fulfilled only if the assignments were easy and feasible, based on inspiration and the honest intention to be closer to the all mighty Allah, away from the personal desires, as from the pressure for itself, and as from looking to feasibility for itself, because each of the pressure and feasibility is required in Fikh not for itself. Otherwise the violation would replace conformity and punishment instead the reward. | en_US |
