| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على نظم السلامة والصحة المهنية ، وبيان أثر ذلك في تحسين أداء العاملين بالمؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية وهذا ضمن عناصر هذا الموضوع ، فبعد المقدمة وطرح إشكالية الموضوع المبحوث ، جاء في أولها نشأة علم هندسة الطاقة البشرية "الأرغونوميا"، ثم تحديد مفهوم علم هندسة الطاقة البشرية والهدف منه ، والمهام الموكلة له في تحسين بيئة العمل والحفاظ على سلامتها من خلال التعرف على المكونات العلمية الأساسية لعلم هندسة الطاقة البشرية وكيفيات تحليل عناصرها ، كما تطرق هذا الموضوع لنشأة إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية ومفهومها ، وأهمية نظم السلامة والصحة المهنية وأهدافها ومهامها ، وكذا شروط وواجبات تطبيق نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية ووضع مقومات لها لتكون ناجحة ضمن بيئة المؤسسات ، كما تطرق هذا الموضوع إلى واقع وجهود العمل في مجال الصحة والسلامة الوطنية على المستوى الدولي وفي الجزائر ، كما عرجت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تغطية نظام تفتيش العمل في الجزائر وأعمال الهيئات المختصة في هذا المجال ، كما كان لهذه الدراسة إطلالة على نظم تأميـن المحيـط وعلاقتها بالسلامة والصحة المهنية وأثرها على تحسين أداء العاملين وعلى مقومات الإنتاج الأساسية بالمؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية . Abstract: This study aims at identifying occupational safety and health systems, and showing the impact of this on improving the performance of workers in Algerian industrial institutions, and this is among the elements of this topic. After the introduction and put the problem of the topic discussed, The first was the genesis of ergonomics , Then define the concept and purpose of human energy engineering , The tasks assigned to him in improving the work environment, And maintain its integrity by identifying the basic scientific components of the science of human energy engineering, And how to analyze its components, The topic also touched on the origins and concept of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, And the importance of occupational safety and health systems, their goals and tasks, as well as the conditions and duties for applying the occupational health and safety system And setting the ingredients for it to be successful within the enterprise environment, The topic also touched on the reality and efforts of work in the field of national health and safety at the international level and in Algeria, The study also reveals to the extent of coverage of the labor inspection system in Algeria and the work of the competent bodies in this field, This study also had a look at the ocean insurance systems and their relationship to occupational safety and health and their impact on improving the performance of workers and the basic components of production in the Algerian industrial establishment. | en_US |
