| dc.description.abstract | لقد تم استخدام مفهوم الحرب على الإرهاب بطرق غير صحيحة ولم تخضع ظاهرة للضغط المعرفي والمعضلات البحثية والإشكاليات الأمبريقية مثلما تعرضت له ظاهرة الإرهاب. من حيث اختلاف الدلالات والمفاهيم والعبارات التي توصف الظاهرة، وهذا ما فتح الباب أمام السياسيين والقادة باستخدام المصطلح بأشكال تختلف عن تصور الباحث المتخصص في إطار النماذج المعرفية السائدة، فالاستخدام غير الصحيح لمفهوم الإرهاب أدى إلى مأزق على مستوى البناء المعرفي، بحيث أصبح المفهوم السائد غير قادر على تفسير حالات اجتماعية راهنة، أو أنه غير قادر على التكيف مع تحولات سياسية وأمنية واجتماعية معينة، أو أن المفهوم لا يقدم حلولا معرفية للمشكلات المرتبطة بالظاهرة. Abstract: The concept of the war on terrorism has been used in ways that are incorrect.
