Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات العاملين في مديرية الصيانة - سوناطراك- بسكرة نحو مفهوم إدارة الموارد البشرية وأثر ذلك في إبداعهم الإداري. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمنا استبانة لجمع البيانات ووزعناها على مجتمع الدراسة بأكمله والبالغ (101) عامل، وكان عدد الاستبانات المسترجعة والصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي (90) استبانة. أُستخدم في التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات عدة أساليب إحصائية من بينها: مقاييس الإحصاء الوصفي، تحليل الانحدار المتعدد، وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد التدريجي (Stepwise) ... الخ. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمتغير إدارة الموارد البشرية بأبعاده المختلفة في مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى العاملين بمديرية الصيانة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من التوصيات أهمها: العمل على تقديم المزيد من الحوافز المعنوية للعاملين تشجعهم في دعم أفكارهم الجديدة والتفاعل معها، كذلك على إدارة المؤسسة أن تُعيد النظر في سياستها اتجاه المسار الوظيفي لعمالها. Abstract: This study aims to investigate the fictions of workers in the company of maintenance – Sonatrach – Biskra, towards the concept of human resources management and its impact on their administrative innovation. We utilized questionnaire to collect and give out the information to the society of the study (101 workers) so as to achieve the goals of the study. The number of questionnaires that are recovered and valid to statistical analysis are (90) questionnaire. Several statistical methods are used in statistical analysis of information such as: the measures of descriptive statistics, the multiple regression methods…etc. The importance results of this study are: there is an effect with statistical significance of the variable of human resources management with its dimensions in the level of administrative innovation to the workers in the company of maintenance. Through the data of this study we come up with some recommendations including: providing a lot of morale incentives to the workers, encouraging them to support their new ideas and to interact with them, also the direction of the company should see about its policy towards the employment way of its workers
