| dc.description.abstract | This thesis proposes a comparative study between the two parabolic and cylindro-parabolic solar dryers, in order to determine which means of drying is most effective in terms of drying time. Tomato slices were used as a drying product: the drying time of 400 g of tomatoes was 5 hours in a parabolic solar dryer and 4 hours in a parabolic solar dryer. تقدم هذه الاطروحة دراسة تجريبية مقارنة بين المجفف الشمسي القطع المكافئ والمجفف الشمسي الأسطواني المكافئ وتهدف هده الدراسة إلى تحديد أي المجفيفين الأكثر كفاءة من حيث مدة التجفيف. وقد تم استعمال شرائح الطماطم كمنتج تجفيف، وقد كانت مدة تجفيف 400غرام من طماطم 5ساعات في المجفف الشمسي الأسطواني المكافئ و4ساعات في المجفف الشمسي القطع مكافئ. | en_US |
