Abstract
Such as the outbreak of the liberationrevolution a
crucial turning point thathad a profound impact on the lives
of the Algerian people in all spheres of life. The colonial
authoritiesintensifiedtheir control and increasedtheircrueltyto
the Algerians, usingvariousforms of oppression and torture
The situation wasaggravated by the establishment of the so- calledfortified camps and checkpoints The situation of the

differentcities of Tunisia and Morocco,
underthesecircumstances the National Liberation Front

CommitteeRedAlgeria, the latter whoworksalongside the
Tunisian and MoroccanRed Crescent in order to affectation
Algerian refugees, wheretheyfound a receptiveear and
endowed countries around the world to extend a helping hand
to theserefugeesuntiltheir return to the homeland in 1962.
