| dc.description.abstract | يتناول البحث قاعدة عظيمة من قواعد الشريعة الإسلامية، ألا وهي قاعدة التشبّه بالكفار، حيث يبرز البحث مفهوم التشبّه وضوابطه التي يرتكز عليها، وهذا من جهة التأصيل للمسألة إذ لا بدّ من تأصيلها قبل التعريج على فروعها المختلفة ثمّ يعرّج البحث على مسائل الجنائز كأنموذج لهذه القاعدة، فيقوم بتوثيقها، وذكر كلام العلماء الناهض بتقرير هذه القاعدة وينتهي بخاتمة لأهمّ النقاط المستخلصة من البحث. Abstract The research focuses on the concept of imitating and controlling it on the basis of which it is based on the rooting of the issue, since it must be rooted before the branching on its various branches. Then the research on the issues of funerals as a model for this rule, Which he documents, and mentioned the words of the scientists who rise up to the report of this rule and ends with a conclusion to the main points derived from the research. | en_US |
