Abstract
هدف بحثنا إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على الأطر النظرية لموضوع أخلاقيات الأعمال في المنظمات وأدوات تقييمها وكذا والأبعاد التطبيقية لها في المنظمات، حيث اتخذت المنظمات التابعة لمجمع لافارج هولسيم الرائد في صناعة مواد البناء بالجزائر نموذجا، حيث اعتمدنا منهجا كميا استنتاجيا، يعتمد على قاعدة بيانات مستقاة من المصدر، إذ نلحظ ونؤكد بأن نتائج هذه القاعدة تتميز بالمصداقية والموثوقية. ومن أهم نتائج الأبعاد التطبيقية لأخلاقيات الأعمال في المنظمات محل الدراسة، هي أن عمال هذه المنظمات كان لهم تجاوب كبير مع السياسات التي سطرها مجمع لافارج في كل من بعدي التدريب والتكوين وكذا تقييم المخاطر، في حين لم يرقى تجاوب العمال إلى المستوى المطلوب مع باقي الأب Our research aims to try to shed light on theoretical frameworks for the subject of business ethics in
organizations and their evaluation tools as well as the applied dimensions of them in organizations, where
the organizations affiliated to the Lafarge Holcim Complex, a pioneer in the building materials industry in
Algeria, took a model, where we adopted a deductive quantitative approach, based on a database Derived
from the source, as we observe and confirm that the results of this rule are reliable and reliable.
Among the most important results of the applied dimensions of business ethics in the organizations
under study, are that the workers of these organizations have had a great response to the policies laid
down by the Lafarge Complex in both the training and training dimensions, as well as the risk assessment,
while the response of the workers did not rise to the required level with the rest of the dimensions.
