Abstract
قد مر البرلمان الجزائري بالعديد من التطورات السوسيو-تنظيمية تبعا للتحولات السياسية التي شهدتها البلاد منذ الثورة وتأسيس المجلس الأعلى إلى غاية الآن نهاية عهدة 2012-2017 وبداية العهدة الجديدة، إذ تزامنت تلك التطورات بالإصلاحات السياسية التي اعتمدتها الدولة الجزائرية بالانتقال من نظام الحزب الواحد إلى التعددية السياسية ونظام الغرفة الثانية هادفة إلى تفعيل الأداء الوظيفي للمؤسسة البرلمانية من خلال الدور التشريعي والرقابي للنواب وكذا تعزيز قدراتهم بما يضمن تمثيلهم لأفراد المجتمع كما يجب ونقل احتياجاتهم وانشغالاتهم والعمل على إشباعها وتوفيرها بكل الصلاحيات الممكنة من اقتراح القوانين وتشريعها ومراقبة تنفيذها عن طريق الحكومة. Abstract:
the Algerian parliament has undergone many Socio-organizational developments
depending to the political changes in the country since the revolution and the
establishment of the supreme councilso far the end of the period 2012-2017 and
the beginning of the new custodywhere these developments coincided with
political reforms which adopted by the Algerian state to move from the one-party
system to the political pluralism and the second room system, aimed at activating
the functioning of the parliamentary institution through the legislative and
supervisory role of deputiesas well as strengthening their capacities to ensure their
representation of community members as it should, and transfer their needs and
concerns, and work to satisfy and providewith all possible powers of proposing
laws, legislation and monitoring their implementation through the government .
