| dc.description.abstract | هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى التعرف على القيادة الإدارية بأنماطها (نمط القيادة الاستبدادية , نمط القيادة الوسطية الإبداعية , نمط القيادة الحرة ) ودورها على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى موظفي المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بالوادي ، و اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة ، وكذا الاستبيان كأداة لتجميع بيانات الدراسة , وقد بلغ مجتمع الدراسة (120) بالمديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بالوادي ما بين موظفين وتقنيين ، أما عينة الدراسة فقد بلغت (42) موظف وتقني , و خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها : أن النمط القيادي السائد المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بالوادي يتراوح بنسبة معتبرة للنمط القيادة الاستبدادي (حسب استجابات المستجوبين) و تتراوح باقي النسب بين الحر و الإعتدالي الوسطي الإبداعي , أما دور القيادة الإدارية على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية فهو أثر ضعيف جدا ، ويقوي ويعزز ذلك نسبة معامل التحديد التي بلغت (0.062) وهي نسبة ضعيفة نسبيا , أما ما أوصت به الدراسة فهو ضرورة تنشيط دور القيادة بالأخص النمط الإعتدالي الإبداعي لمساهمته في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية . | en_US |
| dc.description.sponsorship | This study aims to identify the administrative leadership in its patterns (the style of autocratic leadership, the modus operandi of creative moderation, the style of free leadership) and its role in the behavior of organizational citizenship in the staff of the practical directorate of Algeria Telecom in the valley. The study population reached (120) in the practical department of the Algerian communications in the valley between the employees and the technicians. The sample of the study reached (42) employees and technicians. This study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: The role of the administrative leadership in the behavior of organizational citizenship is very weak, and it strengthens and strengthens the ratio of the determinative factor which reached (0.062), which is the difference between the average and the average. A relatively weak proportion, and what is recommended by the study is the need to revitalize the role of leadership, especially the creative modus operandi for its contribution to strengthening the behavior of citizenship regulatory. | en_US |
