| dc.description.abstract | لقد تزايدت الكراهية والشحن الطائفي، ووتيرة العنف بشتى أشكاله، منذ دخول الاحتلال الأمريكي عام 2003 إلى غاية 2014، وأخذ يرسخ ويجد له استعدادا نفسيا واجتماعيا ويوظف سياسيا لدى فئات واسعة من المجتمع العراقي بصفة عامة وبين الشيعة والسنة بصفة خاصة، حيث بدأت سلسلة لا يكاد يمر يوم دون أن تحدث تفجيرات طالت كل جهات البلاد، ولم تستثن لا المساجد ولا الحسينيات ولا أماكن التجمعات السكانية، والأسواق ومحطات المسافرين... دون تفريق بين الرجال والنساء والأطفال والشيوخ. في هذا المقال أحاول دراسة لماذا فشل خيار سياسية الحل الأمني التي انتهجتها الحكومة العراقية في عهد رئيس الوزراء نور المالكي؛ أي خلال الفترة الممتدة 2003 إلى غاية 2014؟ ولماذا لم تجد لها ترجمة على أرض الواقع؟ ومن الذي يذكي ويحرض على الاقتتال الطائفي السني الشيعي من داخل البلاد ومن خارجها؟ Since the occupation of Iraq by the United States in 2003 until 2014, hatred, sectarian hatred and the pace of violence in all its forms has increased. This practice has found psychological and social readiness in Iraqi society. The broad categories of Iraqi society in general and between the Shiites and Sunnis in particular have been using these practices in political terms. Bombings occur in all regions of the country, it has not excluded mosques, Shiite mosques, places of population centers, markets and passenger stations ... without distinction between men, women, children and elderly.
