Abstract
تمثل المؤسسة العمومية للقنوات التلفزيونية الجزائرية أهم جهاز إعلامي في الجزائر منذ بداياتها و يضمن التلفزيون الجزائري التغطية عبر كامل التراب الوطني وهذا من اجل الوصول بأهدافه الاجتماعية والثقافية إلى كل شرائح الجزائر العميقة لأنها ساهمت في بناء و تطور المجتمع الجزائري و الحفاظ على مقوماته و هويته . و مع التطور السريع لتكنولوجيات الاعلام و الاتصال أصبح من الضروري ان تتماشى معها من أجل تشكيل و بناء تاريخ فالقنوات الفضائية هي أداة للتأثير على المجتمع الجزائري منذ الحقبة الاستعمارية في جميع الأنساق الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و السياسية.لكونها هي الوسيلة الأقوى للتأثير على المجتمع الجزائري لما تملكه من الإثارة الصوتية و الصور و بث الأفلام الواقعية و شبه الواقعية و البرامج التي تحاكي حياة المجتمعات بكافة طبقاتها و شرائحها. The Algerian Public Television Corporation is the most important media organization in Algeria since its inception. Algerian television ensures coverage throughout the national territory. This is in order to achieve its social and cultural objectives to all the deep segments of Algeria because it contributed to the building and development of Algerian society and its preservation and identity. With the rapid development of information and communication technologies, it is necessary to align them with the formation and construction of history The satellite channels are a tool to influence Algerian society since the colonial era in all social, economic and political patterns. It is the most powerful means of influencing Algerian society for its sound, images and broadcasting real and semi-realistic films and programs that imitate the lives of all classes of society.
