Abstract
إنّ ظاهر الفاقـد التعليمي،أو الهدر التربوي، يشكلُ قوة مدمرة لكفاءة النظام التربوي والجهود المبذولة لتطويره،حيث أشارت إحصاءات التعليم في الدول العربية إلى أنه يستحوذ على أكثر من %20 من مجمل ما يُنفق سـنويا على التعليم في هذه الدول، ولا تختص هذه المشكلة بالدول العربية فحسب، إذ أنها ظاهرة عالمية تعاني منها بلدان العالم أجمع، ولكن بنسب متفاوتة،وحتى تتفادى الدول هذه المعضلة،وجب عليها البحث عن أسبابها. يؤكّد بعض العلماء أنّ التسرب المدرسي،هو المساهم الشهير في الظاهرة،لأنه ينخر المنظومة التربوية ويمسّ أهمّ عنصر فيها و هو محورها (التلميذ) ،أمّا ما يدور في تصورات أهل الاختصاص في الميدان من أساتذة ومشرفين و مستشارين تربويين،فهو محل هذه الدراسة ،وفي مرحلة من أهمّ المراحل الّتي يمرّ بها الأطفال ،إنها مرحلة التعليم المتوسط. الكلمات المفتاحية: المشرف التربوي-المستشار التربوي-الفاقد التعليمي-التسرب التربوي. Viewing the average of teachers and supervisors and advisors of education for School leak Abstract: The Educational wastage has become a phenomenon that represents a destroying power to educational competency as well as to the efforts made to develop this aforementioned sector. Statistics in Arab countries, accordingly, highlight that educational wastage occupies 20 percent of a school year’s total funds. However; this problem touches other countries as well with different percentages. As to resolve this dilemma, countries had better seek to find out its causes. Most scientists, in fact, assure that this problem is caused mostly by school leak since it affects the educational sector as well as its focal element, the pupil. As for what specialists – teachers, supervisors, and consultants --think is the core of this study in its most important stages, the middle school.
