Abstract
يكتسي إنتاج الحبوب أهمية كبيرة في الجزائر، نظرا لطبيعة ومميزات المجتمع الجزائري الذي يعتبر الحبوب من بين المنتجات الاساسية واسعة الاستهلاك. لكن بالرغم من ذلك لم يرتقإنتاج الحبوب في الجزائر إلى المستوى المطلوب ولا يغطي إلا جزء ضئيل من الطلب الوطني. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دالة الإنتاج الزراعي لهذا المحصول عبر بعض ولايات الوطن بهدف تحديد التباين في الإنتاج من خلال تحليل المرونة الإنتاجية والإنتاجية الحدية لمختلف عناصر الإنتاج (المدخلات) بالإضافة إلى تحديد الشكل الانسب للنموذج وفق منهجية البيانات الطولية ذات البعد المقطعي والزمني. Summary
Cereal production is of great importance in Algeria given the fact that it is a staple food for the Algerian society.However, cereal production in Algeria has not risen to the required levels and covers only a fraction of the national demand. The goal of this study is to analyze the agricultural production function of this crop across some of the country’s provinces in order to determine the variation in production through the analysis of output elasticity and marginal productivity of the various factors of production (input), in addition to determining the appropriate formula of the model according to the methodology of panel data.
