Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة فعالية برنامج تدريبي مقترح لاستخدام استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني في العملية التعليمية وأثره على اتجاه أساتذة التعليم الثانوي نحوها، وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف استخدامنا المنهج الوصفي والشبه التجريبي وتكونت عينة البحث من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بثانوية عين الإبل بالجلفة والبالغ عددهم 42 أستاذا (25 ذكرا و17 أنثى)، قدم لهم الباحث مقياسا للاتجاه ثم برنامجا تدريبيا قائما على التعلم التعاوني، وتم قياس أدائهم قياسا قبليا وبعديا بواسطة مقياس الاتجاه وبعد القيام بالمعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات بالاعتماد على الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS أشارت النتائج إلى فعالية البرنامج المقترح في تعديل اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو استخدام استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني في العملية التعليمية. The study aimed to find out the effectiveness of a proposed training program using cooperative
learning strategy in the educational process and its impact on the attitude of secondary school teachers
towards it. To achieve this goal, we used the descriptive and quasi-experimental approaches. The
study sample composed of 42 teachers (25 males and 17 females) from Ain El-Ibel secondary school.
The researcher pre-tested them using an attitude measure, then applied a training program based on
cooperative learning, after that, he post-tested their performance with the same attitude measure. After
doing the statistical treatment of data based on the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), the
results showed the effectiveness of the proposed program to modify teachers' attitudes towards using
cooperative learning in the educational process strategy.
