Abstract
إن قضية حقوق الإنسان هي المعضلة القاسمة للخلاف بين القوى، غير أن الإسلام ينظر للحقوق بمنظار المقاصد التي ما لبث العلماء ابرازها انطلاقا من محورية الخلق المتمثلة في الإنسان الكائن المكرم، وعليه فإن حقوقه مكفولة بموجب التشريع السماوي، ومنه فإننا سنقف عند حقوق الإنسان من المنظور المقاصدي وفقا للكليات الكبرى التي جاءت الشريعة لترسيخها The issue of human rights is the dilemma denominator dispute between the
