Abstract
في هذه الورقة سنحاول البحث في مشكلة الانحراف باعتبارها ظاهرة اجتماعية تعلق بالفرد وتحدث داخل المجتمعات، وتقديم التصور العام للمجتمع اتجاه ظاهرة الانحراف باعتبارها تهدد أمنه وسلامة أفراده، بالإضافة الى ذلك تحاول الدراسة تبيان أهم الآراء والتصورات التي سعت إلى فهم وتفسير تنوع رد الفعل الاجتماعي والأشكال التي يأخذها في مقابلة الذين ينتهكون الآداب والقيم الاجتماعية، ويتعدون الضوابط المتعارف عليها، وهو ما سيحدد طبيعة وصورة السياسة الجنائية المتبعة في التعامل مع فئة المحكوم عليهم في إطار العمل بنظام المعاملة العقابية بمختلف أشكالها In this paper we will try to search in the problem of deviation as a social
