Abstract
لقد توسع نشاط غرس اشجار الزيتون وانتاج زيت الزيتون في الجزائر خلال السنوات الأخيرة، ولم يعد مقتصرا على الشريط الساحلي الشمالي بل امتد إلى المناطق الداخلية والصحراوية من الوطن، وهذا نتيجة للدور الكبير الذي يمكن ان يساهم به هذا النشاط في الاقتصاد الوطني.
من خلال هذا العمل الذي يهدف الى الاشارة إلى وضعية هذا النشاط في الجزائر وبالتحديد في منطقتين جبليتين بولاية جيجل، سنحاول معرفة مدى تأثير الخصائص الاقليمية لكل اقليم على انتاج الزيتون وزيت الزيتون، كما سنحاول بناء نموذج يفسر العلاقة بين العوائد الصافية لهذا النشاط ، كمية الانتاج وتكاليف النتاج بالاستعانة ببرنامج eviews.
Summary:
In Algeria, olive growing has been rapidly expanding and is an interesting alternative for the conversion of some sloping annual crops, and because of the higher domestic demand for olive oil, the cultivation of olives has increased. has been expanded along the lines of the northern zones and even in various regions of southern Algeria.
In this context that is inserted the present work which aims to analyze the situation of the olive cultivation in Algeria and in particular in a mountainous region in the wilaya of jijel, through the evaluation of the productivity and the impact Agro-environmental conditions of two regions on the change in the amount of olive oil produced, The study also included a quantitative and econometric assessment of the relationship between the revenues of this activity and the production costs.
