| dc.description.abstract | The decision of the administrative justice for annulment is considered as executory to the administration, but administration generally abstains from the execution, especially in front of the incapacity to force it to be executed by means of private law considering that it represents a privileged public authority, which led to recognize the administrative judge a set of power in order to face this obstinacy and force the execution by the consecration of the system of the penalty and the authority to give order to the administration, in spite of all that precedes the authority of the administrative judge in the execution of these decisions remains a limited authority as he cannot subrogate the man of the administrative power, in execution of the principle of separations of the powers | en_US |
