Abstract
يطرح هذا المقال أحد الحلول الشرعية التي تساهم في التخفيف من إشكالية الأمن الغذائي، حيث دارت محاوره حول مدى مساهمة صيغة التمويل بالقرض الحسن في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، وتم التطرق فيه إلى الجانب النظري للأمن الغذائي والتمويل الإسلامي، بينما كان الجانب الثاني حول آلية القرض الحسن، من بيان مفهومه، وأهميته، ومكانته، والفرق بينه وبين القروض في البنوك التقليدية، ودوره في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، وكان الجانب العملي عبارة عن دراسة واقع التمويل بالقرض الحسن في البنك الإسلامي الأردني، وذلك من ناحية دراسة صندوق المتعلق بالقرض الحسن، ومصادر أمواله، واستخدامات هذه الأموال أي نوع القروض، والقطاعات التي تم تمويلها بالقرض الحسن، وحجم القروض الحسنة التي يقدمها البنك ضمن مجموع التمويلات، وكللت الدراسة بعدة نتائج، وصعوبات توجه التمويل بالقرض الحسن. Abstract: This article raises a one of the legitimate solutions that contribute to alleviating the problem of food security, which focused on the funding formula by «The Good loan» in achieving food security. we addressed the theoretical aspect of food security and Islamic finance, while the second side on «Al Qard Al Hasan» mechanism, from the statement of his concept, and its importance, and the difference between him and the loans in the conventional banks. Its role in achieving food security, and it was the practical side is studying the reality of funding the Good loan in Jordan Islamic Bank, in terms of study Fund on Al Qard Al Hasan, sources of funds, and uses this money any loan type, the sectors that have been funded The Good loan, the volume of interest-free loans provided by the Bank within the total funds, the study culminated in several results, and the Difficulties that facing the financing by The Good loan
